About the event
In this Modern dance class we will start with a classic centre floor warm up that will transition up to standing. We will explore some travelling steps and a short combo. We will conclude the class with a relaxing stretch in the centre.
Bonus - this class will feature live accompaniment!
Suggested dress code - participants are welcome to wear garments in which they can easily move such as leggings, sweatpants, shorts, tank top, t-shirt etc. Special footwear is not required for this class. Participants can opt to wear sneakers, socks, or go barefoot.
Our Try It Tuesday Series classes require a minimum of 6 participants to run the full hour. For classes with 2-5 participants, the class will run for 45 minutes. Classes with a single participant will run for 30 minutes.
