Beginner Tap for Adults (50+)
In our busy lives, it can be hard to find new hobbies we enjoy. But if you're looking for an activity that -
* keeps your mind active
* is gentle on your joints
* improves your posture and core strength
* keeps your heart and body healthy
then we have something for you!!
CDA is pleased to offer a beginners course in Tap Dance this summer. The 6-week session will strengthen your legs and core, helping to improve your balance and overall health, all while making some noise and expressing yourself! While adults of all ages are welcome, the class has been designed with 50+ in mind, so don't be afraid to try something new!
When: Every Wednesday evening starting June 21st from 5:30-6:30
Where: Cobequid Dance Academy Inc.
Cost: $60 plus hst for the full 6 weeks, or pay by drop-in at $12 per class
**Don't have Tap shoes? No problem! Any hard soled shoe will do :-)
