About the event
In this Hip Hop class we will start with a centre warm up followed by some basic footwork steps and a short dance combo. We will conclude the class with a dynamic stretch in the centre.
Suggested dress code - participants are welcome to wear garments in which they can easily move such as leggings, sweatpants, shorts, tank top, t-shirt etc. Special footwear is not required for this class. Participants can opt to wear sneakers, socks, or go barefoot.
Our Try It Tuesday Series classes require a minimum of 6 participants to run the full hour. For classes with 2-5 participants, the class will run for 45 minutes. Classes with a single participant will run for 30 minutes.
