About the event
An EXPRESS Dance Heels Class draws from elements of commercial Hip Hop, Street Jazz and Burlesque to teach students how to move in heels and exude confidence through movement. Taught by the fabulous Chris Van Green, class features a thorough warm up including strength and stretch conditioning. The second part of class will
focus on Across the Floor Fundamentals and a stellar routine to wrap everything together. It the sick and sweaty workout you know you’ve been waiting for.
