CDA's Adult Dance & Fitness Program is perfect for the adult dancer of any level. Whether you've never stepped foot in a dance studio or your returning to a passion from your past, we have something for you! All of our classes are taught by members of our faculty who take great care and pride in ensuring that your dance experience is tailored to your needs and goals.

You know you've always wanted to try it...now's your chance! Our Tap classes focus on the Musical Theatre style of Tap with emphasis on rhythmic patterns and story telling. A high energy class that is sure to leave you excited for more!

Social Dance for Partners - Fall Session
Easily one of our most popular programs to-date! Grab a friend and get ready to rock with this super fun class that will have you cutting up the dance floor in no time!

Our Modern program focuses on introducing students to the Martha Graham technique with emphasis on using the body in an expressive and athletic nature. Live accompaniment for all classes.

And all that Jazz! Get ready to take centre stage in this exciting class at CDA! This class will be a mix between classic and contemporary jazz techniques. An excellent starting point for beginners.

Get ready to go all-in with our amazing Hip Hop program which focuses on teaching students the fundamentals of Hip Hop technique in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Barre Fitness program incorporates the Principle Barre Method in a setting that is not intimidating, and is effective and fun for all levels of fitness.
It encompasses strength training, Pilates, Yoga and Ballet. Our classes teach proper and safe form for the most efficient workout. Each class concludes with a stretching session to increase flexibility.
